Shipping policy

Thunderstone Cards currently ships to UK addresses only.

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment being received. You'll get a shipping confirmation email once your order is on its way.

We use Royal Mail for all deliveries, with the service applied automatically at checkout based on your order value:

Orders up to £75 are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2–3 day delivery), with loss/damage cover up to £75.

Orders between £75.01 and £149.99 are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed (next-day, signed for), with loss/damage cover up to £750.

Orders of £150 and over also ship via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed, at 50% off the standard cost, with cover scaled to match your order value (up to £2,500).

We use these tiers so that every order is fully insured for its value in transit — the delivery cost you see at checkout reflects the level of cover included, not just postage.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct at checkout, as we're unable to redirect parcels once dispatched. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us and we'll investigate with Royal Mail on your behalf.
