These terms apply to all purchases made through thunderstonecards.co.uk ("we," "us," "Thunderstone Cards"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

About us
Thunderstone Cards is a UK-based retailer of Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, and One Piece trading cards, including singles, professionally graded cards, and sealed product.

Product descriptions and condition
We describe and photograph every card as accurately as we can. Ungraded singles are assessed against standard condition grades (Near Mint, Lightly Played, Moderately Played, Heavily Played, Damaged); please check listing photos carefully, as they form part of the item's description.

Grading companies
PSA, BGS, CGC, and Ace are independent third-party grading companies. Thunderstone Cards is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these companies, or by The Pokémon Company, Wizards of the Coast, or Bandai. Grades shown reflect the grading company's assessment at the time of certification.

Pricing and payment
All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments at the time of order. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order is dispatched; if this happens, we'll contact you before proceeding.

Order acceptance
Receiving an order confirmation email doesn't guarantee acceptance of your order. We may cancel or refuse an order at our discretion — for example, if stock isn't available or a pricing error has occurred — in which case you'll receive a full refund.

Intellectual property
All trademarks, card images, and character names referenced on this site belong to their respective owners (including The Pokémon Company, Wizards of the Coast, and Bandai). Thunderstone Cards makes no claim of ownership over these and 

uses them only to accurately describe the products sold.

Limitation of liability
We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or purchase of our products, except where such liability cannot be excluded under UK law (including your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015).

Age
You must be able to form a legally binding contract to place an order. If you're under 18, please have a parent or guardian complete the purchase on your behalf.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
